Zenre Ltd is a UK company managing property on behalf of landlords and tenants. Below are the schemes and accreditations we hold, and the ones we are in the process of putting in place, so you can check our standing for yourself.
What deposit protection scheme do you use?
Every tenancy deposit we hold is protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), a Government-approved scheme, under our membership number EW180171 (Insured). We register each deposit with TDS on the landlord's behalf and provide tenants with the prescribed information within the time limits the law requires.
Are you a member of a redress scheme?
Membership of a redress scheme such as The Property Ombudsman (TPOS) is coming before launch. Our complaints procedure already sets out how we handle and escalate complaints in the meantime.
Do you have Professional Indemnity Insurance?
Professional Indemnity Insurance is coming before launch.
Do you have Client Money Protection?
Client Money Protection is coming before launch, once our Professional Indemnity Insurance and redress scheme membership are both in place.
